Clubs & Organizations

We offer a variety of clubs and organizations that give students the opportunity to further involve them in campus ministry outside of the classroom.  These entities help students to further strengthen their relationship with Jesus and with our Pace community as well as the community at large.

L.I.F.E.:  Our on-campus youth group which meets Tuesday evenings starting at 6:45, LIFE stands for living in faith experience. Meetings incorporate topics and activities that affect high school students on a day-to-day basis.  The group functions like a Christian support group where students can go to be supported in their efforts to live out their Christian values.  For more information concerning the Marianists and the LIFE program: www.marianists.com/ministries.php?pid=47

Mission Club: The main purpose of this Christian outreach organization is to aid our brothers and sisters in Haiti. This is achieved through various fund-raising activities, school supply drives, clothing drives, and the like. The club also organized other drives to support local churches and organizations in the greater Miami area.

Marist Youth: This is an organization of students whose purpose is to serve the Pace community and to make known the mission of the Marist brothers and their founder, Marcellin Champagnat through various functions and activities throughout the school year. This link will provide more information about the work of the Marist brothers: www.maristbr.com

Peer Ministry: An organization that develops the Christian leadership abilities of the student population to equip them to lead our various retreats, clubs, spirit days, etc. At Pace High School, we strongly believe in raising Christian leaders who will be role models to the Pace community and in society when they leave here.

Habitat for Humanity: This club is linked to the international organization dedicated to providing at-cost, quality housing for low-income families.  Habitat for Humanity gives our students the opportunity to volunteer several times a year on Saturdays to help make the American dream come true for hard-working, struggling families.  Go to www.habitat.org to find out more about this worthwhile organization.
